BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS

Technical & Resources
Katingan Ria concession covers 5,053 hectares of land, located within Dahor Formation. Over 150 holes were drilled to obtain JORC estimated resources of 102,200,000 MT. The coal is distributed with low dipping angle which translates to low cost mining. Katingan Ria has IUP OP and will start its production in 2012, with the target peak production of up to 6,000,000 MT/year.

Products & Market
Katingan Ria contains thermal coal of ~4200 kcal/kg (GAR) with low sulphur content which is in high-demand for power plants. This coal would be sold primarily to the domestic market (PLN Indonesia 10,000 MW project) and export market in China, India and Korea.
